Hell, I only play with a female character in games if I could.

  • I always wanted the Asian bratz doll since I thought she was the Animal Crossing Bells prettiest. But you know, if you are a blonde blue eyed little girl then everyone will present you that the blonde blue eyed doll... it was kinda dull when all of the dolls you own are clones of each other, I desired variety

Cultural apropriation can be a issue, but people frequently speak about it the wrong way. By way of instance, if a brand new culture adopts say a hairstyle and it turns into a popular fad, but the civilization that invented it is seen as backwards for using it, that is debatable cultural apropriation.

I always wanted the Brandy doll as a kid, and my favourite Barbie was the dark skinned one with the purple and white princess dress since she was pretty. When I'd play Barbie computer games, Teresa was my favourite character.

I'm white and if I was little I wanted a Black Barbie more than anything. My mom went to many distinct stores trying to locate a single and eventually had to special order . The reason for for my desire? My very best friend was Black and it made no sense to me that if the people around me weren't all white that all my dolls should be white. I also remember thinking how lovely the Black Barbie was.

YES I was obsessed with spice as a small child but everyone made me like ginger and sporty spice shit. And my parents purchased me american girl books about samantha even though I liked Josefina the very best?! My sisters and I make sure my niece gets dolls of every shape, colour, and size--boys and gals and likely 1 afternoon nonbinary pals.

It lacks a dislike button. The number of people that would probably dislike this to oblivion most likely outnumbers the number of individuals who like it.If I will customise my character in a game I always play as a very big guy, often not white. I'm a white girl, I simply enjoy playing as somebody who looks different to me. I do not try to recreate myself, who does not interest me.

There is probably some remark someone made in this thread supporting this behavior and got downvoted to shreds. Maybe.Yeah I am like that. I can't wear makeup because I would need to pre-blend a pay up every moment. I go from"mainly white with dark hair" into"that girl looks mixed" through the year. After a coworker asked my brother (different mom's, he's very pale) if I was really his sister or not.

Hell, I only play with a female character in games if I could. I'm a dude every single day of my own life and sometimes I want a little selection, perhaps I wanna see a badass, take no shit woman in my games rather than a basic ass dude yet again. Seriously cannot understand why people want to gatekeep how someone enjoys their movie games/ttrpgs/whatever if its a kind of escapism from Cheap Animal Crossing Items real life, I want to do my thing and have fun!
