    One is clean. The hydraulic oil must be clean, the oil tank must be packed and sealed. The filter screen of the oil pump suction pipe must be intact. If it is damaged, replace it in time. During maintenance, the sediment should be filtered out, and then it can be used again. The purpose of this is to protect the parts. The spray pipe around the piston is used to flush the piston to protect it from acidic wastewater and keep it clean. It also reduces the temperature of the piston in areas with higher temperatures.

    The second is to check frequently. Especially in the oil cylinder where oil leakage often occurs, the piston needs to be lifted out to check the surface condition during inspection. For example, if wear is found, it is necessary to check the accuracy of the plunger and the cylinder liner. At the same time, in the production process, a plan to prevent unbalanced load is adopted. And when emptying, it should be noted that the replaced seal ring should not contain dirt, and the operation should be performed after the "ejector" at the four corners of the support plate is firmly supported. First lift off the bushing pressing ring, take out the sealing ring one by one with a wire hook, replace with a new one and tighten the pressing ring, and prevent the sealing ring from "flanging".

    As far as the heat press itself is concerned, after a long period of renewal, its performance advantages are very worthy of recognition. However, considering its long-term application, some details of damage are bound to occur. Although it will not pose a serious threat to the overall work task, it is always a hidden danger. At this time, the maintenance and treatment of the hot press should be strengthened to effectively improve all aspects of the work.

    First, the surface of the hot press board should be kept flat and clean, and no hard metal objects are allowed to enter, so as not to damage the hot press board. Do not load slabs of different sizes into the hot press at the same time, so as to avoid unbalanced load of the hot press and deformation of the hot press plate.

    Second, the upper and lower liners of the hot press plate protect the surface of the hot press plate, and the upper liner directly affects the surface quality. Fibers and other dirt are easy to be caught between the liner and the hot plate. The liner should be removed regularly to remove the dirt. The upper liner is generally changed once a week to polish the surface and ensure the quality of the finished surface.

    Third, when installing the upper liner, the fiberboard must be well-placed to press up. Slabs that are damaged or of different sizes cannot enter the hot press. It is not allowed to directly press fiberboard without liner. If the downtime is long, the steam condensate in the hot press plate should be removed in time to avoid internal corrosion.
