    Check if the printer is capable of making photocopies effectively and if sure then you may spot the issue which lies with the software or drivers. Check if there are any new updates on the software. Check if the printer is working on every other tool and is capable of print there. While your printer is ON reduce its strength cable. If some other cables are linked to the printer they do away with them too.
